Who is responsible for your data?

The Editorial team of xenoprost-active.lat, email [email protected]. This is an information site: we do not sell the product, we pass your order on to the seller.

What do we collect?

• Order form: your name and mobile number.
• Contact form: your name, phone or email, the topic and your message.
• Technical protection data: IP address (shortened in our logs), connection country, browser and time, used to stop automated and abusive submissions.

We do not collect health data. We never ask about illnesses or treatment, and we ask you not to include them in the forms.

Why do we use it?

• To pass your order to the seller so they can call you and confirm it, because you asked us to.
• To reply to your message, with your consent.
• To protect the site against fraud and bots, which is our legitimate interest.

Who receives it?

• The affiliate network Limonad, which forwards your order to the seller and its call centre.
• The seller, who confirms, delivers and collects payment for the order.
• The internal messenger we use for order and message alerts (Telegram): for orders it receives a masked phone number and the initial of your name; for contact messages, your name, contact details and text, so that we can reply.
• Our hosting provider and Cloudflare, which protects and delivers the site.

Some of these providers process data outside Uganda. We share only what each purpose needs.

How long do we keep it?

Order and message logs: 90 days. If the network does not respond, an order waits in a queue only until it is delivered, then it is deleted with the logs.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019 and the Data Protection and Privacy Regulations 2021, you may ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use and not be subject to decisions made purely by automated means. Email [email protected]; there is no charge.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Office (PDPO).
