Who is the Data Fiduciary?
The Editorial team of xenoprost-active.lat, email [email protected]. We are an information website; we do not sell the product. We pass your order request to the seller.
Which personal data do we process?
- Order form: your name and mobile number.
- Contact form: your name, mobile number or email, subject and message.
- Security data: IP address (stored in shortened form), country of connection, browser and time, to stop bots and misuse.
We do not collect health data. We never ask about diseases or treatment; please do not enter such details in the forms.
Purpose of processing
- Sharing your name and mobile number with the seller so that the seller can call you and process your order. You give consent for this specific purpose when you submit the order form.
- Replying to your message, with your consent.
- Protecting the website against fraud and automated attacks, a legitimate use permitted by law.
With whom do we share it?
- Limonad, the affiliate network that passes your order to the seller and its call centre.
- The seller, who confirms, ships and collects payment.
- The internal messenger we use for order and message alerts (Telegram): for orders it receives a masked phone number and the initial of your name; for contact messages, your name, contact details and text, so that we can reply.
- Our hosting provider and Cloudflare, which protect and deliver the website.
Some of these processors are located outside India. Only the data needed for each purpose is shared.
How long do we keep it?
Logs of orders and messages are kept for 90 days. If the network is temporarily unavailable, an order waits in a queue only until it is delivered.
